Jewellery: We do not offer returns / refunds for change of mind purposes.

We only offer returns for damaged products, we also fix your jewellery completely under warranty for 2 months from purchase date. Please contact us if you require a repair.
*excluding natural wear and tear to rings (scratches,gold plate fading) ect*

Swimwear: We do Not offer returns / refunds for change of mind purposes.

We offer size exchange only, hygiene sticker must still be attached & in unworn condition. Buyer must contact us for a return. Items must be returned within 10 days of arrival. Return postage is at buyer’s expense. We will inspect the returns upon arrival, items must be unworn and in the condition they left us in. We will contact buyer regarding sizing when the return is approved.

If any items are faulty, please contact us immediately.

Items must be returned unworn, and in the condition in which you received them. We have the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.

RING CARE 𓇼
We have a small range of 925 Sterling Silver rings. Most of these rings *see descriptions* have an E coat protection layer, The E coat is just an extra layer of protection against scratches to your ring. The E Coat does not affect the wear or tear of your ring and is just an added bonus. A reminder that sterling silver is a soft as sand and is susceptible to scratching and bending. All jewellery comes with a polishing cloth to bring back the shine, however scratches will need to be buffed out. E coat can not be removed and should not be removed on purpose, just allow it to slowly fade away by itself.

To ensure a long life for your ring, always dry after getting wet. Polish regularly with your cloth provided in each order.

Avoid contact with chemicals, oils & perfumes.

GOLD PLATE 𓇼

We have very high quality gold plated jewellery however rings are the most likely to get worn out due to how often you use you hands, and you may not realise what chemicals are actually being exposed to your rings.

Due to the delicate nature of Gold Plate, we highly do not suggest daily wear of your rings to ensure a long life for them.

NOTE: your rings will not tarnish, they are 925 sterling silver, they won’t turn your finger green. The Hold plate will just simply disappear to expose the 925 sterling silver beneath.

Gold plate will naturally fade and disappear, to ensure the longest life for you gold plate rings, remove them before activity such as washing the dishes, going to the gym, using hand sanitizer ect…
